* We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:

  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
  • Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
  • Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or who we fear could be further harmed by our services.
  • Any client exhibiting disruptive or aggressive behavior—rude, loud, mean, overly demanding, or disrespectful – that affects not just staff but other patrons. To maintain decorum, the salon may decline service to individuals who might disrupt the ambiance.

* We do our best to match inspiration photos, but results may vary based on nail shape, color, and design style. Exact copies aren’t guaranteed.
* No refund is given after the service has been rendered.
* Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 3 business days after your appointment, excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within the first 3 days, please call us to schedule a free repair.
* Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails, and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
* Traditional Polish services are not guaranteed.
* Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: open cuts, sores, or contagious diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service.
